If you hurt yourself during a shared tour and you will need medical assistance – such seen by a doctor at the hospital – we will help you all the way through the process but remotely, however, the guide or any ennetours member can`t go with you to the hospital/clinic.
Example: you fell during a tour and you are not able to carry on the tour; you hurt a arm or leg or your head and need to so some exams/x-ray at the hospital/clinic. We will call you an ambulance and you will be taken to the hospital. Although, the tour carry on without you as our guides need to lead the rest of group as programmed.

Appropriate clothing and footwear should be as comfortable as possible. For visits between November and March, you should wear clothing and shoes suitable for cold weather (between 0º and 10ºC). For the months of April to October, get ready for warmer weather (it can goes up to 40º C), but, just in case, always add a comfortable sweater to your luggage.
With regard to footwear, it should be as comfortable as possible and suitable for walking. All tours involve some walking, so proper footwear is recommended.
