These are some of the measures we have implemented on our tours:

– Bringing your mask and your own hand sanitizers is mandatory;
– Keep the social distancing as advised;
– Vans are only filled with 2/3 of their capacity, which means only 4 people per tour (unless you are all members of the same group – family, friends, etc.);
– Vans are cleaned and disinfected properly every day;
– You need to use mask when required. For example, at the Paiva Wakways you are required to use mask:

  • At ticket validation (Paiva Walkways entrance and exit);
  • Wc’s access;
  • Eventual interaction with others;

– You also need to accept to measure your temperature if required.

By the Portuguese Healthy Cabinet, children under 10 years old are not obliged to use mask.

– When acquiring and enjoying our Tours, the client is automatically and legally covered by all the legally required insurance: Civil Liability Insurance and Personal Accident Insurance.

– As required by current legislation, article 35 of DL nº 199/2012 of August 24, the travel tours made by ennetours are covered by liability insurance and also an extra personal accident insurance.

– Reservations for our products can be made through the website, through our email info@ennetours.com, or by phone: +351 91 73 73 111. If you require a private tour or Tailor-Made, please send us your request and we will try to put it into practice.

– All reservations are subject to prior availability check. After checking and confirming availability, payment options will be sent.

– The reservation must be made until 6:00pm the day before the tour.

– You have several options: the most common and easiest way is through our website using the normal form and paying with Credit Card. We have a safe and secure partnership with FareHarbour to do so.

– PayPal Online Payments: Paypal presents itself as an international service of payments of confidence, solidity and fast operations. The use of this service is quite easy: just need to have a credit or debit card connected to Paypal account.

– In cash, upon arrival, or using our mobile Credit Card Payment Terminal (which accepts most of the credit or debit cards). For these last two options, you`ll need to provide us the flight number as a travel confirmation..

– All values shown on the site are quoted in Euro and include the amount of legal fees such VAT.

– Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation.

– No-shows will be charged the full price.

– If there is place for a refund, it will be done in a maximum of 20 business days after the cancellation request date.

– Failure to appear on the day, at the time and in the place previously indicated for the beginning of the tour, results in the non-execution of the tour and the non-refund of the tour in its entirety.

– The various tours and programs are the responsibility of the company. They are presented as day trips or multi-day trips accompanied by guide.

– The tours ennetours are operated in vehicles of high quality and superior comfort with a maximum limit of 8 people per tour.

– The purchase of a tour (private or group) assures the client the transport, the guide service during the whole day of the trip, the tickets of the monuments when mentioned, traditional sweets when mentioned, tasting of wine when mentioned, accommodation when mentioned, restaurant meals when mentioned and insurance coverage in accordance with Portuguese law. Any extra that is not included in the tour or is not properly mentioned will be the responsibility of the client.

– Some monuments are closed on certain days of the week. Ennetours avoids these issues or tries to create alternatives. Some monuments may also terminate without prior notice or on special holiday days such as Easter, January 1, May 1 or Christmas Day, so it will not be possible to enter them on these days.

– The customer is responsible for his own personal identification. Therefore, you must have your personal documentation (passport, authorization of minors, up-to-date vaccines, etc.) in your possession and in an updated state.

– At any circumstances ennetours is responsible for the theft, loss of personal documents, such as passport, driving license, identification documents, bank cards, etc.

– Under any circumstances ennetours company is responsible for the loss, theft of valuable items such as gold, precious stones, watches, mobile phones, silver and money, personal documents, credit documents, deeds, manuscripts, projects, works of art.

– To the customer we reserve the right to make a complaint for the service provided or for any other aspect that has gone against the quality of the service. Only complaints submitted in writing, endorsed to ennetours, referring the tour reservation and the date of the tour will be considered in a period never exceeding 15 days after the end of the service rendering.

– The company does everything to achieve the times and contents mentioned in the tours, however, does not accept complaints due to circumstances beyond our control, such as delays due to exceptional or severe weather, delays due to traffic congestion, failure or mechanical breakdowns, road deaths or accidents, delays caused by other customers, strikes by third parties, vandalism or terrorism, police operations, etc. As well as forgetfulness of any type of personal document necessary, or not, for the accomplishment of the service inside or outside of Portugal, as well as objects forgotten in the vehicles.

– Any complaint received will be answered within 30 days after notification. All disputes will be resolved Under the Portuguese Law in the Court of the District of Porto, with express waiver of any other.

– The company ennetours does not carry out services on 25th of December and 1st of January.
