After the walk, another highlight of our day: a delicious meal at a typical restaurant with panoramic views. (meat, fish or vegetarian options available).
Time to enjoy a relaxed afternoon at the so called “Portuguese Venice” – the beautiful city of Aveiro!
We’ll explore the old quarter, wander through the main squares, see the fish market and taste one of city’s delicacies: sweet-eggs!
And, once in Aveiro, a boat trip over the canals is a must do! You`ll board on a “moliceiro” – the traditional river boats – and discover the charming city through the canals.
Time for a drink or a ice-cream before heading back to Porto.
Note: We advise you to bring comfortable footwear and clothing, water, a sunhat and sunscreen.
Alert: arriving at to the Walkways, the road gets a bit winding. If you have car motion sickness problems, we advise you to have a tablet or a pill to help with that issue.
